Traceability is not a warehouse barcode. It is COA, weigh sheet, in-process pH/viscosity, start-end fill checks and finished-goods analysis tied to one batch number. If that chain breaks, an export customer or ministry question cannot be answered.

For the brand it is enough that the lot code matches on label and delivery note; the back-end record stays with the manufacturer. When a complaint arrives, the first 24 hours show which raw material hit which kettle.
