R&D Production Stages

After the approved formulation, pilot-scale production begins. In the pilot production carried out at Köni Kimya R&D laboratory, the technical properties, stability and producibility of the product are tested.

After the pilot production is successfully completed, the product is transferred to real production conditions. At this stage, possible problems that may arise during the scale-up process are identified and resolved.

Quality control tests are applied at every stage of the production process to continuously monitor the conformity of the product to standards.
